2. Circle indexes it the only real wait

   Circle credits the deposit once its indexer passes your deposit block. The bar below is Circle's own reported progress, not a guess.

   This wait has no deadline. Close the tab, watch something, come back tomorrow — the balance sits in Circle's Gateway and never expires. The ten-minute clock starts only when you sign, and this page deliberately holds the signature until you are looking at it, so nothing burns while you are away.

3. Sign the burn intent off-chain, free

   An EIP-712 signature, not a transaction. Circle returns a signed permission slip. Your source balance is spent at this point, and the attestation is saved in this browser — there is a "Save backup" button below if you want a file too.

4. Mint on Arc costs ~0.008 USDC of Arc gas

   The step Circle does not do for you. Calls gatewayMint on the minter contract. Anyone can submit it, and it always pays the recipient written inside the attestation.

Redeem a saved attestation

For retrying a mint that failed for lack of gas, or for minting on behalf of someone else. When the attestation names no destination caller, anyone may submit it, and the contract always credits the recipient written inside it — whoever submits pays the gas and receives nothing.

Before you move real money

• Arc mainnet is gated, not launched. Circle's public docs still say testnet-only; the chain, contracts and API are real and verified, but this route is undocumented and unsupported.
• You need USDC on Arc to receive USDC on Arc. Gateway is pull-based: Circle hands you a permission slip and you pay the gas to mint.
• The attestation is the claim. Once issued, your source balance is spent, and it must be minted within about ten minutes — measured three times at 10m 07s, set by Circle in Arc blocks. This page refuses to request one unless you can actually mint, and keeps a copy in this browser so a reload cannot lose it.
• Send only to an address you hold the key for. If the recipient is not the wallet you connected, the page will offer to verify custody first.

Free to use

This charges nothing. Circle's fee is Circle's, the Arc gas is yours, and no contract of ours sits in the middle taking a cut — which is also why there is nothing here that could take your funds. If it saved you time, a tip is welcome and entirely optional.
